Tydeman’s Early (Worcester) is a rare, early single variety cyder from one orchard. Pale yellow in colour and clear. Quite strong with a notable apple flavour, it has a dry wine-like aroma with a warming finish.
CYDEFX CYDER

Our signature cyder, made from a blend of cyder variety apples (unusual for Suffolk) to give a fuller bodied West Country style of cyder. Rich in tannins, Cydefx cyder has a soft, dry and warming finish.
RUSSET CYDER

A mid-season single variety cyder with a golden hue and the aroma of sweet Russet apples. The subtle tannins of this variety give a distinctive flavour and an enjoyable warming and lingering finish.
SPARTAN

A late season single variety cyder with a golden yellow hue and a slight floral aroma. Sweetness on the palate gives way to green apple and notes of honey. The finish is warming with a lingering dryness.
SUFFOLK PERRY

A blend of local pears give rise to an almost wine-like floral aroma with a distinctive perry flavour. Medium to dry on the palate, it has a smooth finish with the slightest hint of pear.
DABINETT CYDER

Our most special of single variety cyders, the Dabinett exhibits the classic depth of flavour from this Somerset apple. High in tannins, any bitterness is softened over time to give a slightly sweet woody flavour with a creamy finish.
Perry 2025 SPECIAL RESERVE

Ideal as an aperitif, this special reserve perry is our finest from an exceptional vintage. A blend of Suffolk dessert and wild pears in a single barrel ferment give rise to a wine-like floral aroma with notes of apricot. Sweet on the palate and a medium to dry finish with the slightest hint of pear.
