Otley’s Cider is made from their own apples which are cider varieties, unusual for East Anglia. These varieties, include Yarlington Mill, Chisel Jersey, Michelin and Major. High in tannins, both bitter-sweet and bitter-sharp apples give a high astringency that mellows to a fuller flavour after fermentation. Bottle conditioned to give a light sparkle. Serve cold and pour slowly.

Seckford’s Cider is made from their own apples. These include Bramley’s Seedling, Beauty of Bath and Laxton’s Epicure. This blend gives the cider a typical Eastern Counties flavour, very similar to our own Ipswich Cider. Bottle conditioned to give a light sparkle. Serve cold and pour slowly.
