Craft Cyder & Perry from SUFFOLK

Our Cyder and Perry is made from just the juice from the apples and pears we press ourselves. It is fermented with minimal intervention. Cyder and Perry as nature intended.

    • Use apples and pears from small organic orchards and gardens that would otherwise go to waste.

    • Pick, wash, mill and press every apple and pear between us

    • Bottle condition with a tiny addition of sugar to create a light sparkle.

    • Force carbonate our kegs to give a fizz when dispensed from the tap.

    • Dehydrate/concentrate our juice and then reconstitute it with water

    • Filter any juice, cyder or perry

    • Chaptalise - add sugar before fermentation to increase alcohol content

    • Add artificial or natural sugar to sweeten

    • Pasteurise - we don’t need to.

    • Add any other fruit, syrup or flavourings. We don’t do sweet and we don’t do fruity.
