Craft Cyder & Perry from SUFFOLK

Our Cyder and Perry is made from 100% juice from freshly pressed apples and pears. It is fermented with minimal intervention. Cyder and Perry as nature intended.

    • Pick, wash, mill and press every apple and pear between us

    • Bottle condition with a tiny addition of sugar to create a light sparkle. All the sugar turns to CO2 and alcohol.

    • Force carbonate our kegs to give a fizz when dispensed from the tap.

    • Dehydrate/concentrate our juice and then reconstitute it with water

    • Filter any juice, cyder or perry

    • Chaptalise - add sugar before fermentation to increase alcohol content

    • Add artificial or natural sugar to sweeten

    • Pasteurise - we don’t need to.

    • Add any other fruit, syrup or flavourings. We don’t do sweet and we don’t do fruity.
